Uday Gandhe, PE
Principal
Uday is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience designing water and wastewater treatment facilities. As a recognized expert in treatment systems, he has been part of numerous design efforts for water treatment and water reclamation facilities throughout the Valley, consistently delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
In recent years, Uday has transitioned into a leadership role, overseeing the executive team at Wilson Engineers. He is responsible for shaping the company’s strategy, vision, and future growth initiatives. His current focus includes spearheading efforts to expand Wilson Engineers’ presence in Nevada and driving the company’s overall growth in the southwestern United states.
Uday’s extensive knowledge and experience in water/wastewater treatment systems, combined with his strategic business acumen, position him as a valuable asset to both his clients and Wilson Engineers.
Uday holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from India, a Master’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from NJIT, and an MBA from Arizona State University. Prior to joining Wilson, he worked for five years in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Wilson has a culture that allows people to grow without any bounds and I am living proof. I want to make sure that I do everything in my power to preserve that culture and provide that for generations to come.
A Personal Note
Uday is a professional globetrotter. Over the past decade, he made at least 25 trips to India to connect with his extended family. His adventures have taken him (and his family) across six continents – North and South America, Asia, Africa, Australia, and Europe. He is eager to explore even more destinations in the future. Beyond the thrill of travel, Uday’s greatest joy lies in sharing unforgettable moments with loved ones and creating memories that last a lifetime.
