Sherry Harris Wilson Engineers

Sherry Harris

Director of Operations

Sherry is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in business operations and human resources. She holds two undergraduate degrees and an MBA. She is a certified human resource professional, a Certified Training and Workforce Development Professional (CTDP), and a certified public speaker.

  

Prior to joining Wilson, Sherry served on the Department of Labor’s congressional committee for workforce development initiatives and held corporate-level positions for several large companies, including in the restaurant and entertainment industry, as a vice president of operations and human resources. 

  

In her current role, Sherry oversees daily business operations and leads Wilson’s operational strategies to drive growth and efficiency. Her operational management responsibilities include space planning, acquisition assistance, procurement of supplies, vendor management, event planning, asset and fleet management, maintenance and purchasing of office equipment, and ensuring a conducive work environment for all employees. She is also part of Wilson’s expansion efforts, along with construction and building management and the leadership team.  

Sherry exemplifies excellence in leadership and operational management, as evidenced by her robust career spanning three decades. Her diverse experience across industries highlights her adaptability and commitment to organizational success.

A Personal Note

Sherry enjoys spending her free time with her husband of nearly two decades, remodeling their home, listening to audiobooks, and raising their three Australian Shepherds.
