Riley has over 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) consulting industry, including five years as a Practice Leader for a large international water design firm. As Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, he manages Wilson's organic and acquisitive growth initiatives and plays a vital role in business development, major pursuits, and operations in new geographic markets. He is a highly skilled and versatile senior leader with expertise in client and business development, strategic growth initiatives, talent recruitment and development, as well as client, account, and operations management, sourcing and acquiring new businesses, and business integration. His proven capabilities have been effectively applied across various markets, geographies, and disciplines, driving Wilson’s water growth throughout the western U.S.
