Principal
For over 29 years, Phil has led numerous projects focused on the planning, design, and modeling of water and wastewater facilities, offering guidance during their startup and commissioning phases. His work on various projects, including designing new facilities and rehabilitating existing water infrastructure, showcases his ability to help clients realize their project vision. With his experience and expertise in construction administration, Phil has successfully aided clients in managing their assets effectively and has driven many projects to completion.

I find great joy in witnessing a project unfold from inception to completion, recognizing that the firm has played a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our communities.
A Personal Note
When Phil is not busy finding solutions for challenging projects, he loves to travel with his wife and daughters. He enjoys exploring the US and visiting foreign countries. He also takes pleasure in learning about and teaching his children different cultures and ways of life. Phil is proud, enthusiastic, actively involved in his daughters' sporting events, and always around to cheer them on.
