Mike Johnson, PE

Principal

Mike has over 31 years of experience in water and wastewater facility design, planning, and modeling. With a specialization in civil infrastructure, he has a strong technical background leading various projects involving transmission pipelines, groundwater wells, booster stations, storage reservoirs, and water and wastewater treatment plants. He manages the overall client service experience, which covers technical design, master planning, communication, program management, and strategic development efforts, to ensure clients’ infrastructure needs are met and that their projects move forward.

My passion revolves around building strong relationships. Working at Wilson has allowed me to strive in this endeavor by closely interacting with our clients and mentoring young project managers and engineers. It has been a pleasure helping create a culture at Wilson that is widely respected.

A Personal Note

Mike is a huge advocate for youth sports and has actively coached football at the youth and high school levels for 30 years with his father, brother, and son. He enjoys vacationing at the beach with his wife and three children and is expecting his first grandchild.
