Christi Miller, SHRM-SCP

Director of Human Resources

Christi is Wilson's Director of Human Resources and focuses on delivering meaningful human resources programs and projects across the organization. With over 15 years of human resources experience, she brings expertise in talent acquisition and development, total rewards, change management, communication, and organizational transitions.

Christi graduated from Arizona State University, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology.

I was drawn to Wilson Engineers because the water industry is fascinating and critical in shaping our community. I love working here because it’s inspiring to be part of an organization that values its employees as much as its projects. It’s incredibly rewarding to support talented individuals who make a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.

A Personal Note

Christi is a Phoenix native who loves enjoying the desert landscape. When she is not outside on a hike, she is either in a pottery class, reading, or cooking.
